Zeno is a product-focused startup building digital membership and NFT-based commerce platforms for premium brands. In this role, I worked as a senior individual contributor with end-to-end ownership across user-facing and business-facing applications, collaborating closely with product and design to deliver production-ready systems.

Key Contributions

• Led end-to-end development of core product features across consumer and business applications, collaborating closely with the product manager, backend architect, and designers to deliver high-quality releases.
• Built a responsive, production-grade Progressive Web Application (PWA), ensuring a consistent and optimized user experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Designed and implemented a scalable business dashboard with clearly defined CRUD workflows for managing NFTs, collections, and airdrops, enforcing business rules and data integrity across user actions.
• Implemented secure authentication and compliance-critical flows, including Firebase Authentication, OTP/TOTP verification, and KYC-enabled bank-based payment journeys.
• Managed secure file uploads and media handling using cloud storage, optimizing storage, access control, and retrieval of user-generated content.
• Integrated hosting and deployment solutions to support reliable delivery, and established automated deployment workflows to streamline releases and reduce manual overhead.
